The Construction Supervision Office naturally specialized over time both with the evolution of the regulatory framework and with the expansion of skills and figures in the Technical Study.

To date, the Technical Study has staff within it that is able to carry out Construction Supervision of Structural, Architectural and Plant Design projects in a coordinated manner among several figures depending on the complexity of the assignment.

The structuring according to the certified Quality System in particular also articulates the Construction Supervision Office according to a methodology and procedures coded with computerized models for reports, service orders, time schedules etc. which allow the planning and control of each phase of the works, with data sharing also managed in real time with the Client Administrations through certified platforms in complete safety.
